- Luxury private event in a Courchevel 1850's chalet, for jewish confession peoplle
- Executive chef in the 4 luxury stars hotel “ Les trois vallées” for the season 2011/2012.
Creation of a world cuisine menu, Team in kitchen of 8 cooks, 40 customers/day.
I did in this hotel also, the Kitchen management for a group of 80 jewish confession peoples, during Pessah celebration,
where the big rabbi of France J.H.Sitruk, was the guest of honour.
